Purpose of the treatment: Manage your registration for those events which are organized within the “SIDFOOT Project”, of which the Real Betis Balompié Foundation is coordinator, as well as carry out the administration, management and internal communication, related to the activity which is object of this service. Just in case you authorize us, we will use your image (photography/video) for using it in commercial products related to sports activity, and/or in advertising campaigns or other events associated with the SIDFOOT Project, receiving information related to the products and services marketed by the Foundation.
Legitimation: Consent of the interested party. The consent can be revoked at any time, although this will not affect the legality of the data processing carried out previously.
Recipients: Your data will not be communicated to third parties. We inform that international data transfer is carried out when your image is published on our corporate social media profiles. We recommend to visit the privacy sections of the different social networks.
Rights: You have the right to access, rectify and delete the data, as well as other rights, as explained in the additional information.

Through this notice from the Real Betis Balompié Foundation with its registered office at Estadio Benito Villamarín, Avda. Heliópolis, s / n 41012 in Seville and the email address email@example.com informs users of its portal about its protection policy of personal data so that Users can freely and voluntarily determine if they wish to provide Real Betis Balompié Foundation with the Personal Data that may be required of them or that may be obtained from Users just because of the subscription or registration in some of the services offered by Real Betis Balompié Foundation as coordinator of the SIDFOOT Project.
The Real Betis Balompié Foundation reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to new legislation or jurisprudence as well as industry practices. For what purpose do we process your personal data?
We treat your data, among other purposes, to manage your registration for those events that are organized within the “SIDFOOT Project”, of which the Real Balompié Foundation is coordinator, how to carry out the administration, management and internal communication, related to the activity which is object of this service. Just in case that you authorize us, we will use your image (photography/video) for using it in commercial products related to sports activity, and/or in advertising campaigns or other events associated with the SIDFOOT Project, and you will receive information related to the products and services marketed by the Foundation.
Your data will be kept for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and to determine the possible responsibilities that may arise from said purpose and from the processing of the data and until the eventual responsibilities derived from the management are prescribed. No automated individual decisions will be made or profiles will be created.
What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?
We process your identification data based on consent (art. 6.1.a. RGPD) that can be revoked at any time, although this will not affect the legality of the data processing carried out previously. If you do not provide your data, it would be impossible to process and manage your purchase.
To which recipients will your data be communicated?
No data will be transferred to third parties. Please note that internacional data transfer takes place when publishing your image in both the website of the European Football for Development Network (EFDN) as in our corporate social media profiles. What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
Interested persons have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are treating personal data that concerns them.

Interested persons have the possibility to file a claim when they have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of their rights before the Spanish Agency for Data Protection (www.agpd.es).
